Shipping:
Qualifying orders ship for $3.50* USPS Standard Shipping. Orders over $75 ship FREE*! Priority Mail upgrades available for additional charge. International customers welcome, please just email your complete mailing address to us for a shipping quote. *Continental US Orders
Shipping time will vary based on the specifics of your order. ZooNiqueBaby Diapers are custom made, not mass produced. This guarantees that your selections will be individually hand crafted from start to finish with care and excitement. We LOVE what we do and love sharing it with your family! **Please make note that it can take 2-4 weeks for your specially designed items to be ready. We will gladly give you an estimated wait time when you order.**
In stock items ship within 2 business days of order.
PLEASE INSURE CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS UPON ORDERING. We will print shipping labels from the information you provide, therefore any packages returned for insufficient/incorrect address will require actual shipping amount be paid to reship.
Insurance:
Insurance is optional but highly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. All packages are currently being shipped via USPS and will include Delivery Confirmation. Once a package is scanned as “delivered”, it is no longer covered by insurance, so if you plan to be away from your house during delivery hours we suggest having a safe place designated for package drop off.
Refunds & Returns:
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We take great pride and carefulness while preparing every order. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s) we will offer a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase, upon the return of the products in new, tagged condition. Due to the nature of our products, only unwashed/unused/unopened items are eligible for return. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us for return instructions, and include your name and reason for the return.
**PLEASE NOTE – Seconds & Clearance items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for refund or return.

You can rest assured any personal information you share with us (address, phone number, email, etc.) will not be shared or sold!
